Porsche 918 Spyder Concept

Porsche has shown a new concept for a hybrid car with mid-engined sports that has a gasoline engine 500 hp V8, which is combined with two electric motors, the Porsche 918 Spyder.

The two electric motors produce an additional 218hp, which means it can reach 0-60 mph in just 3.2 seconds and reaches a top speed of 198 mph.

According to Porsche, the Porsche 918 Spyder Concept is capable of up to 78 miles per gallon and has emissions of just 70 grams of CO2 per kilometer.

No details yet if Porsche’s intention to put it into production, no doubt, we’ll start to see a similar technology to appear in future models of Porsche.
