According to Digi Times website Acer is preparing to launch a new ultra thin laptop without frame in the second half of 2010. Rumored to be built using Corning glass substrate enhanced the creation of a super thin laptop and reduce material costs to a minimum.

The back of the cup will be printed to give the appearance of a notebook cover and the display is combined with a touch screen keyboard.

Unfortunately there is not much information available at the time regarding the development of the concept or even a prototype, but when available, and keep you informed.
