Sony Vaio M surfaces

Well, what have we here? Sony Vaio netbook is the M Series, yet unannounced, but sitting here, getting detailed anyway. The 10.1-inch netbook, which is, well, almost identical to the Sony Vaio W series, it seems, will feature a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 CPU, 1GB of DDR2 SDRAM, a 250GB hard drive, as well 802.11 b / g / n, Bluetooth, and an integrated webcam. No word on pricing or availability dates of these bad boys, however, but one more shot after the break to look at – if you’re so inclined ….
