I guess the audience for this device are students or anyone else who has to frantically take notes in class. I found that a laptop or netbook is useless to take notes when the teacher is drawing figures and equations on the blackboard that will be on the posttest.

Despite our technology, pencil and paper is still the best way to go as far as taking notes in class is concerned. However, the A4 CyperPad can take what you want to write in your notebook better than a digital pen, and then stores it in its 32 MB of internal memory.
